Use the AI Recap mobile app on your phone: The AI Recap mobile app is the best option to record! While we do support AI Recap on a website, recording on the AI Recap app will provide a stronger recording experience. Keep the phone close to you and the client during the visit.

Start with a Clear Case Summary
